In May the meeting resumes on 2nd Wednesday of the month

Why is it important to pre-register? Here are a few reasons:

Usually you can save money!
It is sometimes very important for event planners to have an idea of what the head count will be so that they can provide for the proper amount of people and be sure to have sufficient funds on hand for expenses, and an idea of a head count for event permits.

The statistics gleaned from the forms also help to identify people and numbers such as which chapter has the most attendees or who came from the furthest away etc. For events with raffles and door prizes you might be more likely to be included. THE END
